Larry, that's great that the sale went through!

The bank transfer has arrived from the sale. By the time I've paid off what I can and set up an account for the cats' care, there will be next to nothing left.

John G - I couldn't get on this computer yesterday, so here's my belated HHW-site birthday wish to you!

Thank you, sir. I appreciate it, no matter the day.

The phone rang with what I thought was my eight o'clock wake up, but it was Karen Staitman asking where I was because it was ten-thirty. Couldn't believe it, really. I jumped in the shower, jumped out, was dressed and to the studio by eleven. So, the only thing we missed at the start was this little faux commercial and we just moved that to the end. The duet went very well - Allie Trimm was great to work with, then Charles Busch did his thing in full regalia and looked great. Then we did the commercial and that was that.

Excellent news, Elmore.

I had sent him an inquiry on Facebook, and he told me to send more details to his email address, which he included. I sent him a bit of info on the blog and its link, along with a brief synopsis of the book and what I was lookig for. He's been reading the blog and finds them and Stella delightful.

Everything now hinges on finances and agreements and the publisher.

And anyone posing as a merman, not Ethel, clearly has the dementia I look for in an artist.

I am glad I did not get that call like BK did this morning. The adrenalin would probably have done my heart in.

Williams Sonoma is now taking pre-orders for your free-range Thanksgiving turkey, just in case you were worried about that.

Does DR CHAS SMITH have a rehearsal tonight?  I am thinking the show opens this weekend, but I may be wrong.
