Jane, I worked at a movie theater during college called The Silver. It is now the AFI Silver Theater and Cultural Center. I wonder if Craig has been there.

Jane, I lived and worked in Silver Spring for several years when I attended the Univ. of Maryland. I love that neighborhood.

It is a nice area, if only he had a house there.  He lives in a one bedroom apartment, conveniently located to the shops and train.

It is an easy walk for him.  We went to a movie once when he had work to do.  Looking at the location I wonder if it is the same theater we went to.

I suspect he’s been to my former movie theater. It’s on Colesville Road.
Houses are expensive there, as they are in nearby Bethesda and Chevy Chase. So many people commute from those suburbs to D.C.

Yes, especially as he has lived their a long time.

I just saw this headline "Maura Healey Becomes First Lesbian Governor in U.S. History" 

What?  I thought Tina Kotek of Oregon had this honor.  The article was before Kotek was confirmed as the winner.

Vixmom, any updates on how Bill is doing?

He seemed improved tonight.  Of course he is still in a great deal  of pain from the broken femur and the PT is painful.  But he seems to be recovering from the flu.  I was terrified he was going to get pneumonia.

Parakeet gender is told - after a certain age - by the color of their nostrils above the beak.

Priscilla has WHITE - ELVIS has blue.....it is usually not abundantly evident until about three months or so....

Interesting.  Now how do you avoid babies?
