Can we vote, ChasSmith?

Even if we all ready voted in other categories?

You would have voted for the L.A. ones, and mine are in the Connecticut awards region, so, a different set to vote on.

Let's concentrate on BK's right now. I'll wait a few days, then post the other link with "instructions" :) .

One thing to remember when voting - you'll get an email asking you to confirm your vote - until you do that, the vote doesn't count.

Found that the nearest Home Depot is in North Hollywood - so I'll go there soon and then pick up the screener that's arrived.

The prosecution, after the victims spoke, wrapped it up in about twenty minutes. After Mr. Brooks' three people spoke, Darrell Brooks got to wrap it up. He has now been wrapping it up for an hour and forty minutes. This is so disgusting. Say you're sorry and shut up, for once in your life.

It seems I need to vote again.  Is there something that says "submit"?

Jane, yes, at the end there's a submit button, then you get an email after you do that and you just click on the link in the email.

Hint to Mr. Brooks: You're not the victim here. The people you killed and injured are the victims.

I think I did time out as I never saw the last page with info to fill out and to click on "finish".

He's now playing the mental illness thing over and over again - he wants help, wants to recognize his issues and curb them before it's too late - another hint to Mr. Brooks - you're going away forever.

If he had an empathetic or caring bone in his body, he would have kept it to five minutes and apologized for the first time. No one goes on like this for two hours saying the same thing over and over again. She's letting it go on for the reason she's always let him go on - so he cannot possibly win an appeal.

She finally interrupted him and told him he's making the same points over and over again and asked him if he has any sentencing recommendations for himself, which is what this is about. And still he cannot shut up because he knows this is the last time he's ever getting to speak in a public forum.

He just blathers on - she's now explaining his options and asking his thoughts. He's been regurgitating his "thoughts" for two hour now - ENOUGH.

He's now acting like he doesn't understand anything - he sure understood the sovereign citizen BS he spouted over and over and over again - and all the stuff he was coached to say during the trial - NOW he doesn't understand anything.

SHUT UP! SHUT UP! She's trying to move on and he won't stop - I believe she's finally shutting this down. FINALLY! Recess for twenty minutes, then she'll say her remarks and sentence him.

It's all about him. He wants medication (funny, he's never sought that before), he wants to be redeemed, he wants to this and want to that - victim, victim, victim. You mowed down and killed six people and injured many, many more - there's no medication for them - APOLOGIZE for once in your miserable life. But no, no apology. Just whatever is convenient to him. The final thing he said - "Oh, I didn't realize I've been talking for two hours." Yeah, right.

I had a very jolly dinner: succotash, scrambled eggs, and a grilled bratwurst. It's one of my favorite comfort meals.
