Then, I need to go to my mom's around 2:30 to help her transport the food that she's bringing, since my sister's Honda CRV that I'm driving has more room and is easier to load and unload than my mom's car.

Last year I compromised the regular mashed potatoes with too much cream. This year I've tried a different thing or two with the stuffing, which always makes me nervous. So...we'll see!

I wish I could help you with the sweet potatoes, Elmore. It’s probably something as simple as sprinkling some cinnamon or salt. Maybe some toasted pecans.

Everything turned out fine here.

Stove Top Stuffing, potato salad, green beans. I baked the turkey breast as per instructions, then carved it up and put the slices in the oven where I broiled them for a few minutes on each side.

And I have enough left over for probably three days.....so around here it will be Thanksgiving until Sunday.
