The Do is Done and was quite lovely - about fourteen or so folks in attendance, which is kind of what I enjoy most. I did make wayyyyy too much pasta - there must be three POUNDS of it left. Not a huge amount of sauce left, though. Some tuna pasta salad left and also the entire second bit batch, so I can eat that for the next few days.

Put the noodles in freezer bags or containers. They will keep for 3 months.When you want to have some, thaw them in the refrigerator, then heat them in boiling water or in the microwave.

Even though I’m not going to my sisters tomorrow, I agreed to make my famous shrimp dip, since everyone complained last year that they didn’t get any. The hospital wouldn’t let me make any.

I told my sister I needed to have verification with someone was going to be picking it up for me tomorrow before the party at her house. Otherwise I’m gonna be stuck eating shrimp dip sandwiches all day tomorrow.

So, naturally I got no phone call from my sister today. So, I have no idea if anyone’s going to be picking it up or not. So, if they are I have no idea what time they’re going to pick it up.

I finished watching THE GLASS ONION tonight. I really enjoyed the movie. Sorry, that’s just me.
