DR John I hope you were sitting or lying down when you passed out and didn't hurt yourself.

My hand was on a pillow. Apparently I just laid my head down.

I am glad you were in the best possible position.

I found a book by Mr Julian Fellowes at the Goodwill.  It is from 2016 and is titled Belgravia.

After I finished reading it this week, I saw that it had been turned into a miniseries (6 episodes) on EPIX.

I have watched four episodes....most excellent casting - at least one VERY NICE LOOKING gentleman.....alas no bare skin to be seen.

There are nine pages of MR BK related items up for sale on EBAY.....it's kind of like looking at the NYSE to see how valuable my goodies are......not that any of MINE are for sale!

I just got word that my framed BK musical quote and my framed Cy Coleman autograph are ready to pick up. I’ll do that tomorrow.

Jrand, I’ve read that eggs are good 4-5 weeks from the expiration, or sell-by date, on the carton.

ONLY 4-5 weeks??  Oh. :-\

Frank Galati has died. I loved his staging of Ragtime.

Just finished Un Carne du Bal, the last of the Jacques Duvivier films in this set. He made it the same year he made Pepe le Moko.

Interesting premise: a newly widowed woman who married for money goes back to see what happened to all of the boys who danced with her at her first big ball. Nobody’s life has turned out as planned. One killed himself over love for her. One became a piest, another an abortionist, another a criminal.

Henry Baur and Robert Lynen were both in this and Carrottop. In reading the notes, I discovered Baur, an amazing actor, was tortured by the Gestapo, who believed he was a Jew. He died under mysterious circumstances, which many say was brought about by the Nazis.

I received the 2 spices that I ordered from Penzeys today.
Sunny Paris and Smoked Paprika.

My two favorites that I use all the time!

So for you that’s when? Next week?

Did the Harpo and Groucho help at all?

Frank Galati has died. I loved his staging of Ragtime.

Oh, no. :( I never saw any of his staging, but I certainly enjoyed the cast recordings of the shows he staged.

Thank you, vixmom, for introducing me.
I am now a faithful customer.
What do you recommend for my next order?

I love the Chicago steak seasoning and pork chop seasoning, also the freeze dried shallots
