Well, you've read the notes, the notes spoke of Kritzerland 123, and now it is time for you to post until the 123 cows come home.

Topic of the Day:  pretty much just Doctor Who and Antiques Roadshow.  I used to watch a lot of TV, but over the last several years, I really haven't been watching much at all.  I've seriously been thinking about getting rid of cable TV altogether.  I haven't (yet) pulled the plug, but we'll see how much longer I last.

Kritzeland at The Gardenia 123 sounds like it was a charming show with an effusive audience.

I hope that the cover charge problems can be solved before the next show at The Gardenia.

If not, is there another venue to be considered?

I listened to bk’s Annie for the first time tonight.

Found it on YouTube, Sami performing.

It’s delightful…upbeat, amusing, and charming.

I loved it! No wonder it’s so popular.

It took me back to a time when my then 8 year old was bound and determined to book the role of Annie in a professional production.

It was her first time auditioning.

She was too small, just like in the song, and too young.

But she got the part of Molly, and had the best time.

I love Mama’s Talkin’ Soft as performed by Lindsay Ridgeway and Sarah Chapman on Lost In Boston.

Couldn’t stop listening to it with my young daughter.

I was really surprised when I heard both of Petula Clark’s versions.

Couldn’t believe the difference.

Sticking with Lindsay Ridgeway.

I read that the song was staged to be performed on a high platform, and one of the little girls, Baby June, I think, was afraid of being up that high.

Thanks, bk, for including it on Lost in Boston.

George, I am also seriously considering getting rid of cable  TV altogether.

Will probably do so this week.

Doubt that I’ll miss it.

I managed to do ten pages between yesterday morning and now, so that's good. I may do another page or two when I get up, then futz and finesse and send it to Muse Margaret.

No matter how well others have done Annie, Sami really does own the song.

Yeah, I can’t imagine a better version than Sami’s.

I listened to it 3 times.
