Made one year later with the same cast and director, it is a very different movie. This one starts out far less realistically than the other movie. Very much filmed on sets. But it's just as intense.

And what was really cool is that the organist, Dennis James, played an organ reduction of the actual score that was written in 1922 for this specific movie...and he was playing from s copy of the actual conductor's full score!
