The Super Mario Bros movie was not very good. I took some heat from the fam for demanding some more intelligence in the screenplay, but I gotta opine what I gotta opine. The kids liked it. And it’s going to be one of the highest grossing things ever, so my thoughts matter little here.

The Old Spaghetti Factory was nice. There used to be some of these in the states, but they’re mostly gone, I think. In Canada, still a thing.

I will never understand grosses like that for movies like that. It's like there are only these kinds of films. Paramount released its schedule for the rest of the year and 98% of the list is the same kind of thing.

I literally fell asleep for 10-15 min of the movie. I have no idea how Donkey Kong showed up in the plot.

On the Carol Burnett special, it was pretty cool to have Aileen Quinn and Bernadette Peters reunite.

I’m inevitably disappointed when they make these modern clip shows. I love Carol Burnett too much to have someone tell me what she meant to me. I’ll stick with YouTube clips.
