I don’t recognize many of the people, but others would.

I’d been urging Zen to go through some of his stuff, but he really needed some help with it. I almost volunteered a couple times, but I have plenty of my own stuff to go through.

It was very sweet of Sharry to think of me and write. I was giving her a little bit of time before I wrote to her. As expected she and her husband were the friends DR Ann mentioned.

This morning Keith dropped me off to get blood work then drove down the road to the gym.

I only had to wait 5 minutes before I was called in. It went quickly, then I walked to the gym to work out.

I'm glad we went earlier than usual, and had just gotten in our car when we received the news about Tom.

I did a fasting blood test, plus had to wait until after the test to take my thyroid meds. Then I had to wait an hour before eating. Once I heard the news I was no longer hungry.
