Had an appointment with the hand doctor. I’m not doing enough exercises. I’m not being hard enough on the hand. But he doesn’t want to see me again unless I have a problem.

DR John have you googled videos of therapist doing exercises for your particular situation? After my elbow surgery I found some excellent videos to watch. Some of the exercises were the same as to what I was doing, other slightly different giving me options if I wanted.
