Heard an hour ago that my friend Angie lost her battle with pancreatic cancer. They had warned her a few months ago something wasn’t right but they weren’t calling it cancer. Then recently they used the word and she went quickly.

I met Angie at church shortly after moving to San Antonio. Since then, I was a pallbearer at her father’s funeral. I was at her son’s funeral during the pandemic. Now Angie’s gone.

Yes, some. Had to store it here at the in-laws. An option we won’t have much longer.

I went to the Pabst Brewery as a kid. We went to Milwaukee on vacation. Went to brewery tours, which bored us kids to tears. Went to a kind of circus museum. Also to a neat indoor botanical garden. Also the Tommy Bartlett Water Show, which was legendary entertainment at the time.
