BK, I recommend King’s Fish House in Calabasas.  It’s a good-vibe zone.

And brunch.

Yesterday had to take daughter to a horror-themed birthday party for a kid over in Canada. Weird idea, but it ended up cute, the birthday girl just loves Halloween. They had the place decorated all spooky. And a big inflatable water slide/bouncy thing in the backyard. I find if there are more than 10 kids, the birthday kid is overwhelmed and isn’t very nice, but there were only about 7 kids, and she was very sweet to my shy daughter.

Proud dad moment: daughter Rodz won musical chairs. That’s no small feat!

Insane news about Keith’s skin doc sitting on that info. Wtf is going on in the medical world these days. Covid and short-staffing being used as excuses for all manner of bad behaviors. Vibes to Keith, sounds like the path forward is the best one.

Happy Sunday to everyone!  There's a new Broadway Radio Show up on the site for your enjoyment.  At This Theatre: The Vivian Beaumont as we look at the history of this beautiful Lincoln Center venue and hear from the many musicals that have played there.  I was traveling out of the country the past 2 Sundays so didn't get a chance to post here, but I was able to remotely launch 2 radio shows from the Cayman Islands (which is where I was vacationing!).  So, please do check them out...they are on the radio show page under Archives: Show Tune Chanteuse (great modern female jazz vocalists covering show tunes) and Broadway Goes Pop, Part 2 (musical theatre performers from Broadway and the West End sing some fun pop songs)....ENJOY all 3 episodes!!!

DR JOHN G I kind of suffered through TOM JONES because the lead actor was very nice looking - but it was a bit of a slog.

Yes DR VIXMOM - the 60th anniversary of the JFK infamy....I don't know why I said 70th....

DR JANE we moved from a smaller school (the entire 7th grade class was in one classroom) to a larger one in October of 1962....there were probably 180 students or more in the class and we were divided into sections.  I was in 7-2 and my brother was put in 7-7.

We had classes in three buildings and there was a LOT of walking to get there in three minutes.

They only had one Math book in the bookstore, so we had to share.  My brother had Math in the main building during first period.  I had Math during second period in the Academy Building.  So I had to run over to the main building and get the book and get back to the AB because I had been in music class for the first period there.

WHEW!  I would meet my brother at the bottom of the steps as he went to history class.  More than once he forgot and I had to go to the history class to get the book and run even faster....to get to Math.

Thank you DR Ron.  Neither of us are concerned about the cancer returning, once it is removed.

Thank you DR Vixmom.  It is a shame the doctor dropped the ball like that.  Still, I am glad we went since she did do the biopsy.

George made me hungry so I go a Fatburger. They're pretty small and it was tasty.

Good! ;D

My forgetting to change the paraments and rushing to church early turned out to be a blessing

He’s quite tall, over 6’4”, and stocky ,and was  too large to fit any of the robes hanging  up in the sacristy.

Just before the pandemic I had just bought a new extra large one, which I never opened as we suspended church and then assisting ministers until just a few months ago

It was still in its package in the linens drawer where I placed it three years ago
