Alas, no.  I’ve mentioned to the current executive director several times that I was a member when the organization was founded and his disinterest has been palpable.

Alas, no.  I’ve mentioned to the current executive director several times that I was a member when the organization was founded and his disinterest has been palpable.

I can't stand that lack of interest in the history of an organization. Happens here, too. They either don't care to explore it at all, or they cherry-pick a few factoids and get half of those wrong.

My friend who's father died before she could move back to the states in in PA.  Her young daughter has been talking about the smoke.

I am reminded of living in Ashland when smoke from the California,  Oregon, and Washington fires would settle in our valley.

My question for ASK BK DAY:

When you did an episode of a television show did you get to see the finished product before it aired or did you have to wait?

Nope - not for a TV episode. We saw 'em when they aired.

Up at nine-thirty - seven hours of sleep, and barely any time to shave and shower and meet for the early meal, which happened at Mel's five minutes from here, thankfully. Never had a chance to post.
