I don't recall who played the baby, but she grew during the show's run of seven seasons.I have never seen another show in which the husband and wife had so many scenes in their bed...where Allison has her disturbing dreams, where the little girls run in and and jump in with them on weekend mornings....where the dramas of the day play out in adult discussions that always serve the story. There is adult intimacy but always in the framework of a healthy, contentious at times, relationship based in love and family. I remember watching (and enjoying) this show, too. But it starred Patricia Arquette, not Roseanna.

He is a really good guy. Cornac McCarthy has died. I liked some of his writing. Need to read more, but his books are bleak.
I am playing about an hour of parakeet sounds I have downloaded from YOUTUBE and Elvis and Priscilla are enjoying hearing them.Elvis is especially responsive.
