I never miss a Rosa Klebb musical, and tonight's showing of From Russia With Love was what the doctor ordered. A solid movie, and so satisfying on the big screen. Even the young people in the audience were watching intently.

It made me wish they could program the whole damn franchise, Or even just a segment of it, such as all the Connerys. Or all the whatevers. I need more theatrical nights out like this.

Spent the greater part of the day taking my mother in law to an endocrinologist appointment in Surrey, British Columbia.

We ate lunch at a Waffle House. I don't think it had any connection to the American chain. It was very good nonetheless.

This was at the Fox in Atlanta? Was this pre-renovation? They did a spectacular renovation on that theater, but not sure when it was started/completed.

Due to reading about BK being disrespected, last night I dreamt I was disrespected while at a mythical company lunch wherein the most beautiful cakes were being offered to everyone but me. I got quite upset and said some saucy things to these ladies. Later I would regret my anger. This all took place on a battleship on which I worked in the espionage industry.

I traveled to Atlanta in 1980 on a vacation. And the Fabulous Fox had not yet undergone renovations and was in danger of being shuttered.
When we moved there in 1985, it was made lovely, and I saw Richard Harris in Camelot.

The Richard Burton Camelot TV spots were also big on Chicago TV when I was a kid.
And the Evita ones.
Kids would just perform the whole commercials at school from memory.
But those Chorus Line ones were probably the most impactful on us kids.

I've long had the fantasy of buying a shriner's go-kart of some sort to drive it in a parade. This would be easier than becoming a shriner. Or so I thought.
But it is not easy to find available parade go-karts online. And they are expensive!
My dream may remain just that.
