I wonder about folks - like construction workers, road workers, even postal workers - who have to work outside when conditions are like this. It seems inhumane.
They die. And the Texas governor takes away their water breaks.

Why??  Why would anyone make that kind of law?  What is his reasoning?? >:(

If you are a member of the GOP, you are hellbound to make sure that business will never be told what to do.

Next they will eliminate bathroom breaks.

We have completed Foyle's War (sublime) and Dark Shadows (ridiculous). We'll have to forage for some new stories.

DR Matthew, given the style of music in Bright Star, is it as fully notated as more classic shows, or is there more freedom for the musicians?

DR Ginny, since you've gotten rid of all those theatrical programs, you must ready to move now!

Ha, DR Singdaw, not even close!

Is Sing planning to win the Mega Millions? Did I miss a post? And just what are your plans for your winnings?

Sometimes, nothing refreshes quite like a glass of room-temperature filtered water.

OK, forget the lottery. Did you purchase a water filter? I’m a big fan of them.

There are a few sections for solos, mostly in the entr'acte and exit music.  There are a few areas marked "Fill" but I'm not sure what is in the band parts for that. However, mostly everything is notated.  We are missing viola, cello and mandolin (and drums....) and we are pretty full sounding.  It's very well orchestrated.  However - a PAIN IN THE BUTT to play on piano for rehearsals.  I was worried my cast would have a hard time going from just piano to the band where the instruments sound totally different.  They did very well.

DR Jeanne, I've had a Brita filter jug for many years now. Love it.
