Thanks Larry!!  I'll start with the English recording and see after that.  :-)

That last recording (the English one) is wonderful.

Thanks for sharing the cast of Follies, George. Who played Buddy?

His name is John-Charles Kelly.  At the time, I remember reading that Ken Berry had been announced to play Buddy, but then he wasn't in the show.  Friends had heard rumors of his alcoholism. :-\

George, I am very excited to learn of that Flasher soundtrack and I think I shall order a copy.

Great!  Too bad the autographed copies are sold out.

When I went down to remove the laundry from the dryers, I found that one dryer for the past hour had been blowing cold air, the same one that was blowing cold air three weeks ago when I last did the laundry. So, I called the company servicing our laundry room and once again alerted them of the defective dryer. I think the dryer needs replacing, not repair. So, I had to waste another hour while the cold clothes dried. While there. I had another strange encounter with my arch-nemesis, The Man with the Bike, a complete ass.

He came down with a bag and asked if I was using both dryers. I said I was using one and the other was out of order. I said it several times because it never seemed to register with him. He kept asking why I was using both dryers, and then he walked out.

Today has been absolutely gorgeous, so far, but...I am getting weather alerts that we are going to have a hellacious storm from 5-10 p.m.

It's possible.  Sometimes we get the storm, and sometimes it hits neighboring towns but not Johnston.  I don't want "hellacious", but we have had a lot of rain and the town is lush and green.

Yikes! :o

~~~Vibes for a NOT Hellacious Storm!!~~~
I had a friend in the New York City Gay Men's Chorus who was an extra in the bar scenes of Cruising. According to him, Friedkin had accumulated quite a porn movie of all the sexual activity he encouraged the extras to commit to film.
OMG!
We are a year away from the Republican National Convention, yet every newscast is Trump! Trump! Trump!   Either he is mouthing off and getting into trouble with a federal judge, despite a warning he could be jailed, or we are hearing how he is so far ahead of every other declared GOP candidate that his nomination is a sure thing, or that before any convictions are brought forth he could be reelected and pardon himself, or ....
Sick, sick, sick of Trump, Trump, Trump!
How in hell did we ever stoop to this level of idiocy in this country??
DR Rodzinski, are their cousins on the island for your children to play with?
No. We all met up on the island just as a day trip.
I misunderstood thinking they lived there.  It is nice you could have a fun day trip.
Maryland is under a tornado watch.
This is my first experience with it, and I hope it’s my last.
The sky is dark, and the wind is picking up.
I have no basement, and no safe place.
TOPLINE A storm system headed toward the D.C.-Baltimore area Monday night has forecasters predicting high wind speeds, large hail and the potential for multiple tornadoes in the area, bringing the region its first National Weather Service-declared Level 4 storm in more than a decade.
I am heading out to the balcony to bring in the lightweight patio furniture.
Very likely that all of my garden, 30 plants, will be destroyed.
