I make mac & cheese with Velveeta. Yes, I know it is a travesty. But Velveeta melts and kids will eat it.

I make a roux with butter, flour, and onions, and add milk. Then turn off the heat and add the cubed Velveeta.

I also need to keep some extra cubes on the counter out of the reach of little fingers that sneak in and steal the cheese cubes off the cutting board.

My kids never liked boxed mac & cheese compared to mine.  Freyja eats Annie's.  I've tasted it and that was enough for me

I sent an email to the customer service dept. of Pavilion Gifts, who sold the cat dish. I got a lovely reply from a Molly Deul, who told me thet were no longer selling it and she could find none of the dtores they sell to who might have a dish for sale. She also sent me a eBay link to a seller who wanted $10.00 for one. I just purchased it, and then I sent Molly a thank you note.

I used to make boxed macaroni and cheese, but doctor it up with extra cheese and bake it in a real oven, not a microwave oven.  I probably got the recipe from a magazine, but it's been so long that I don't remember how to make it.

All I can find online are comments from others who also miss them, and recipes to make your own. 

Years ago we were in Canada and I found Pogen's, under either another label, possibly Kraft or Mother's-can't remember.

I tried hard to contact the company to find out if I could get the cookies, but alas they were not helpful.  Today with the internet I might have been successful.

I read suggestions for other similar cookies, most of which I have tried and wouldn't buy again.

The ones I haven't tries are the IKEA Ginger thins VINTERSAGA.  Probably because I never go to IKEA

Then there are these that I seem to only be able to purchase in bulk, which is way too much.

I used to find them in snack machines but no longer though I continue to search.

There was the one time at an airport, except they were miss priced at $25 a bag.
