Thank  you, TCB.  Maybe you should mention the meds I'm taking to your doctor.

Actually, Danise, my two or three glasses of cranberry juice a day have kept me from developing any large stones for many years now.

The kissing doesn't bother me... but all those near naked men groping and grabbing each other and rolling around on the floor entwined in eachothers arms  and throwing  each other into into the ropes.... oh wait that's wrestling

Now THAT'S entertainment!  Thanks vixmom for making me laugh my a** off!

Will the recording of the Last Starfighter be a new recording or the demo that was recorded?

If it is the last do you have to get permission from Actor's Equity to release it.

Does anyone know what the intials P.B. mean, in regard to theater seats?  I am slated to see the WSMA from Row P.B. which according to the diagram is in front of the front row of seats.  Peanut Butter doesn't sound just right, but I am at a loss to decipher the initials.

Different Jonathan Goldman.

The Last Starfighter was recorded at the time of the show - and wasn't intended, at that time, for release.  However, all details to make it releasable have been taken care of, hence, the release.

Okay, sleuths, we've moved on to Together Again.  We need to locate Gracie Moore Poletti (the former Deborah Maradzadeh) - SAG should have her, Rick Waln (last heard from in CT or NJ - he hasn't responded to e-mails sent to the three accounts I had, hence he doesn't have those accounts anymore).  Jeff Maxwell (SAG ought to have him, too).  I've contacted Penny Peyser and Deborah Tilton and Marsha Kramer, and will be contacting Joan Ryan (then Vigman).  Need contact info on Udana Power, too, again probably SAG.

To work you sleuths.

Oh, and we have a date for the CD release party/reunion - it's September 10, at 7:00, and will take place at the theater where both shows premiered - LACC's Caminito Theater on the campus of LACC.  Any hainsies/kimlets in the LA area are hereby invited to attend.  It's going to be quite a bash.

PB could stand for "Partial Blockage", so look out, the view might not be great.

Or it could stand for "Pink Baboon." What do I know?

For those on the go, did you know you can actually cook corn on the cob in the microwave?  It's true! Place the cobs in a tupperware or microwave safe caserole dish. Add a couple teaspoons of water. Wave it for a minute or two depending on your machine. Enjoy!

I think that would apply to Danise.

Danise- Playbill gig is going well. Very mellow place. Cool folks. And most importantly, good restaurants in the vicinity.

Okay, Rodzinski, what exactly are you doing for playbill - I'm apparently senile and don't remember.

Woah- playbill.com suddenly has a blue background.  What's up with that?

I'm pretty sure it's Jose's fault.

BK, or "Beek" if I may, I am a program editor. My beat covers Lincoln, Kennedy and City Centers, some Carnegie Hall, a few other odd places.

Hey DR Michael Shayne - I recognize the two photos with people in them as the photos taken by the cutely named Connor Dickie.  But what's the third photo with the inanimate object?

I can email you one of the full company shots (taken by Todd Ivins) if you like, if you'll email your email address to my AOL address of Dylan43rd.  Thanks.

DerBrucer, it is nice to see you back, and with such an interesting post regarding the films.  :)

The photo is cute.

Tomovoz kudos to your father.

Back home (again) in Indiana, I finally got to check out a haul of LPs my mom got for me from an aunt's sister. First, the condition of the records is fantastic. Sadly, there was a lot of great jazz I gave to my best pal, because I couldn't bring it all home with me. I know he'll make a good home for them.

Now, some of what I brought home:

"April Love" soundtrack
Hugh O'Brian, TV's Wyatt Earp Sings
The Swinging Singing Del Vikings Record Session
The Louvin Brothers "Nearer My God to Thee"

"Make a Joyful Noise" by The Four Girls, who, oddly are FIVE girls: Jane Russell, Rhonda Fleming, Connie Haines, Beryl Davis and Della Russell

Buddy DeFranco plays Nelson Riddle's Cross Country Suite
Duke Ellington Festival Session
Ames Brothers Destination Moon
Accordian in Hi-Fi by Jo Ann Castle
Get on Board with Georgia Lee
It's Dark on Observatory Hill by the Honeydreamers

AND
"Love, Courtship, Romance and SEX" a spoken word LP by C. Sumner Wemp

I know why JMK isn’t here posting.  He is on the phone with Keith.  When they met last week Keith offered to do some genealogy searches for him.  Of course one search leads to multiple questions and searches.

Wow, some interesting titles Rodzinski! I am intrigued by the Hugh O'Brian LP, perhaps I can have a listen to it when I am in your town!

Your mom didn't by chance have that Christmas album with all of the Warner Bros. TV stars singing Christmas carol's did she???

I remember the Hugh O'Brian, TV's Wyatt Earp Sings.  It would be fun to hear it again.
