I’ve never done a dry brine before but I thought I’d give it a try so we’ll see.

I mixed up some kosher salt with grated orange rind and some poultry seasoning and gave it a good rub down, inside, outside and under the skin

Finding My Elf is kinda like a gay Kritzer World in that it’s about an actor who does better at comedy than heavier material. The difference here is that he has to learn it for himself. While failing in love.
