That’s something else I’d meant to comment on: I was very glad to hear they’re bringing DR Elmore out to Indiana for the ballet!

I do wish it were at a time of year that I’d be free to go over there, myself.

But never mind that! They’re doing this right, and it should be a wonderful visit to the Midwest.

Made it up to the second Broadway album and Barbra’s dealings with Sondheim. Things are being repeated, which ain’t great. But I am 37 hours into it. Only 11 to go.

Back from the DMV. Passed the eye test with flying colors - photo taken - then they gave me kiosk 13 for the test - 13. I moved to 12 after failing the first two tries by one question. Failed twelve by one question and three attempts was the limit. But the guy at the desk was really nice and gave me instructions on how to do the eLearning option - can't fail that. So, I came right home, really irritated, did the eLearning thing, which took about forty-five minutes, passed, and now I have to go back tomorrow but with no appointment. There are no appointments until the 21st. So, they do have an option called get in line you can do online so tomorrow as soon as I'm up I'll try that. Hopefully, everything can be completed tomorrow, just in the nick of time.

Worth noting - many around me also failed three times. Why? Because I'm pretty sure they have six or seven questions that are things buried in the booklet and that you would never need to know if you were driving. It's really infuriating.

Having passed the eLearning option, does this mean you don't need to take the test again and can just pick up your license tomorrow?

I have to renew my license next year and I hope I don't have to take a written test. I do have to go in person to renew it.
