Yesterday was the first day in a week that I did not end up with a horrible mess to clean up. On the positive side, the tests - still a colonoscopy to be done - seem to indicate that my problems may be either Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis.  I have been worried about stomach cancer, but the tests have shown the issue is not with the stomach.

Speaking of messes, today is the long-dreaded day when I tackle the bathroom, sweep and mop the floors, and give the cats a new litter box and litter mat. The actual work won't take long, but the logistics and moving things out of the space will be time-consuming.

Thanks to our DR ChasSmith, I just had a warm bowl of apple-cinnamon oatmeal laced with dried cranberries that was truly deelish and ambrosial.

It's been doing well, playing to an average of 70% capacity.
