Sarah Rice was a truly lovely person. We had a nice dinner at Joe Allen when we did the Kritzerland shows.

Yesterday felt like a Sunday, and I kept thinking I was missing the Golden Globes. Today I forgot it really is Sunday, and now I might try to remember (see what I did there?) to actually watch. Or hells bells, maybe I’ll just feel like DVR’ing it.

I just looked to see the nominations.

I am mostly interested in wins for The Holdovers, Paul Giamatti, and Da’Vine Joy Randolph.

I can't decide EXACTLY why the Golden Globes are not interesting or important to me this year......I guess it is a personal thing.

Timothy Chalamat or however you spell his name - is also unimportant and mostly irrevelant (sp) to me.....even though I have seen him in a couple of movies.....or perhaps because I have seen him.....he was awful on SNL as well.

While Oppenheimer was not a favorite for me I do think Robert Downey Jr. was excellent.

For best series, either All the Light we Cannot See or Lessons in Chemistry.  I have yet to see Fargo.
Brie Larson for best actress in Lessons in Chemistry.
Mark Ruffalo for best supporting actor in All the Light, except he wasn't nominated.

Voldemort is basically a middle school girl: he has a locket, a diary, a tiara, a ring, and is completely obsessed with a teenage boy.

I'm up, I'm up - again. I guess overall I got something approximating eight hours. Guess I'll futz and finesse and figure out food.
