It’s cold and windy here today. But at least Monday night’s forecast low has been raised from 39 degrees to 42. I don’t like the 30s!

Yesterday I spoke to my LA friend who’s now living in Germany. He told me they have a 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment with all the mod cons for $1200/month, and it would rent for $5000 here in LA. The cost of living there is 35% lower overall.
