Just looked over the list of over 300 DVD releases for next week. I didn't see anything that captured my fancy.

I, for one, will never believe it!

DR Stuart - I saw WOMAN OF THE YEAR three times in Boston, and to my 21 year old mind, it was the ultimate in wit and sophistication.  I then didn't pay attention to the New York reviews since I was away at law school, and played the LP (which I remember had particularly skimpy packaging for those days) constantly.  I particularly loved the mentioning in the title song of the ladies' name she was supposedly singing to, but have been told over and over by songwriters that those names made the lively song sloppy and unfocused, and that the score is lesser Kander and Ebb that I've been beaten down a little about it.  But when I was 21, the score felt magical.

I'm sure some of you (read DR MBarnum) will be jumping at ADAM-12.

You can bet your sweet bippy I will be all over that DVD on it's day of release! I have been so looking forward to seeing good ol' Officers Reed and Malloy! My all time favorite TV show!!

I'm up, I'm up.  There was loud mowing at eight o'clock this morning.  I tried to ignore it, but the loud mowing won.

They are aids for the "Chopsticks Impaired" called "Rookie stix".

Here's hoping for a good final week of performances.

How has attendance been? I ask because it's been WAY down for all of the theaters around here this summer.
