I just took care of an errand I've been postponing since sunday; I had to get 60 lbs of litter from the first floor to the third. Fortunately, one of the young men who work for our building maintenance came in as I was struggling with a walker holding a bag with one 30 lb carton and trying to drag the other carton tothe elevator across the floor. He carried the loose carton up to my aartment for me while I wrestled with the walker and the bag. I'm really grateful for his assistance.

I have to get over this bad hump of unemployment, lousy health, no income, a pile of debt, and my taxes because I believe there are good possibilities happening sometime after March. Getting there is stressing me out and working my last nerve because I don't see any relief on the horizon.

Thank you George. Last night I asked management if the fire system was fixed since we didn't hear an alarm. Instead of writing to everyone in the building, she resonded to me that they found another leak and it has not been fixed

Because our fire system is still turned off, the law requires people do checks to make sure that there isn't smoke comining out of our building. I feel a bit bad that we have not volunteered to do a shift.

In Carlsbad for the night after a snappy day at Legoland. It makes all the difference to be at a fun park that is not crowded. We walked right on to every ride the kids (or I) wanted to.
