George, glad to hear how smoothly rehearsals are going!

Thanks, Freddie!

Watching a weird silent Tod Browning called The Unknown.

Lon Chaney plays a carnival freak with no arms (except he really has them), but uses his feet to smoke, play a guitar and throw knives. A youngish Joan Crawford is his love, who hates being touched by men’s hands. It’s not going to end well.

Eggs over toasted brioche spread with classic guacamole

Looks delish, DR vixmom.

I agree...except for the guacamole. ::)

;)

Too bad you don't like avacados.  I think they are excellent with eggs.

Catfish was excellent - used to be three pieces, now two for almost double the dough. Great potato salad. Missing the piece of cornbread, so I got a credit for that.

Yes DR GEORGE there was a different cast in each of the three DVDs.  It was just one of the problems.

DR CHAS SMITH I loved the story and the characters - and like you I mostly skipped the political diatribes.

AND it is set in present day America - I was hoping it would be set at the time the book was written - 1957.

And there were so many changes that were completely unnecessary....the most egregious for me being that the bracelet of Reardon steel that Mrs. Reardon gives to Dagny is changed to a necklace.....for no reason at all......

LOL, I like sunny side up so they looked a bit cooked to me.

I think six or seven people, maybe even more, purchased the eBook and hopefully those will show in the sales rank, which isn't showing at all at the moment, which is irritating.

The minute you make a sale it's supposed to trigger the sales rank.

Roussel is now playing - a fine French composer from France. A fifteen-minute piece, Bacchus and Ariane.
