In Seattle you got Marni Nixon. In Detroit we got Milky the Clown, sponsored by Twin Pines dairy.
Oh yes, I must have watched Bozo the Clown too.

DR MichaelG, did you grow up there, too? My family lived on the west side until I graduated from high school in 1968. My earliest TV memories are of Romper Room with Miss Ardis (Keneally) and, of course, Soupy Sales.
We also got kids programming from the Windsor, Ontario, Canada station CKLW. Johnny Ginger, Captain Jolly, Jingles.
