I have yet to hear from the director about whether the other OLD MAN accepted the part....so we shall see what we shall see....probably tomorrow evening.

My computer brought me to the Notes for April 6, too. So I clicked on "Column Archives" which brought up the column archives, so I selected today's "Minuet in Notes" at the top of that list.

Looking at my e-mails, in the Kritzerland email (the one orders come from and where all the PayPal stuff happens) there's an invoice for some subscription for $399. Obviously fake. Bogus phone number, etc.

I go to PayPal and the invoice is also there. So, I call and she tells me as long as I didn't click "pay" it will never pay, so that's good. She tried to have me forward it to their phishing department, but roadrunner is not working today apparently in terms of forwarding, so I couldn't.

I also notice that there's a $29.99 charge from Spectrum. Their auto pay for all my services had already cleared on the first. So, I call Spectrum to see what the extra charge is for and they tell me they've never charged me that amount - not today, not ever.

Now I know the writing is on the wall, so I call back PayPal, stop the card and now I'm without that card, which I have many autopays on, for seven to ten days. Additionally, we have to dispute the 29.99 and I won't get THAT back for thirty days now. I then transferred the entire balance to my bank account so there's zero in the PayPal account, so there's no way for anyone to get anything out of there.
