Did Jrand get his softcover and was it the fixed version?

Today is the unofficial birthday for pets whose owners adopted them at the shelter or rescue but don't have a clear answer of when their furry friend was born.

Love that, DR Jane. And they don't even have to be Burnese.     :)

I wonder if DR John G. is harvesting cucumbers from his garden trellis.

Has FINE become a passive-aggressive word?

It could fit in a category with "I'm not mad at you, I'm just disappointed."

I’m taking a Me day. So busy lately, so much to do! I took my car in for an overdue service — glad to have that done. The usually mobbed garage was only moderately busy and it was ready by 1 pm. There’s rarely anything wrong with that car and this time was no different.

It depends how you use it.  I rarely take it has good, the way it should be intended, vs as ok.

Otherwise, I’ve been busy tossing. Still going through my late neighbor’s stuff, plus my own stuff. His stuff is a bit difficult emotionally, so I only do a little at a time. I’ve taken out bag after bag after bag and yet my apartment doesn’t look any different! You can’t tell! Is it cloning itself? Ugh!

I’m going through some old files — this week health insurance. Many years of EOBs (Explanation of Benefits). Yesterday I spotted something interesting. Year before last I went to a new dermatologist. Among other things I showed her a mole that has changed repeatedly — a danger sign. She said she’d check with my insurance about removing it. She then went on vacation and I didn’t hear from her. A couple weeks later her office called me on another matter and I asked whether she’d remove the mole. They said there was nothing about it in her notes, but they’d Chechen with her. The doctor said  she didn’t remember it. We went round and round and she gave me a different reply each time, finally saying, It’s not malignant.” (How would you know if you can’t even recall looking at it?)  Annoyed, I changed dermatologists and had the mole removed. Yesterday, as I was clearing out these files I noticed a charge from her office, on the day of my visit, to Medicare for a shave biopsy. Very interesting! Is that why she was being so squirrelly? I was not charged anything, but it sure looks suspicious. I’ll mention it to my PCP.

My staff in Florida thought so. I use it a lit. 😺

I don’t trellis, but I have discussed trellising techniques before. Seriously.

Good news on the wait and the car.

Hmmm.  I would think you would remember if it was shaved for a biopsy.
