DR Jane, I had dinner out with a friend recently who had hearing aids. I was amazed at how she could adjust the settings from her phone to suit the situation, including the "soundstage" by angle.

A miracle of modern technology!

My Gilbert & Sullivan loving neighbor who had the stroke is apparently not showing a lot of progress at the hospital in Victoria, BC.

Hamburger Hill, they called it in Nam.

My sister called it either a sideboard or a buffet (I can never remember which) and she gave it to me years ago.

Eventually, shelves will go over it, but not until the wall is patched up.
