Elmore, I sympathize, believe me. Apple has the best tech help that I’ve encountered, but it’s still not up to the level I’d like to see. Their YouTube training videos are great if you already know that topic. They don’t explain enough to make sense to someone not at a Master level. I mentioned this once to an Apple Care person and she immediately said, “I agree!” The amateur YouTube tech videos are often more helpful.
