Back home after a delightful evening. I thoroughly enjoyed Wicked and didn’t notice the “no singing” sign. I had read some articles and social media posts about audience behavior, but ours was quite respectful. Everyone applauded at the end.
Were you in any way disappointed that it was only part one?
No, I knew it going in. Could they have tightened it up, included an intermission, and told the whole story? Maybe, but this way was fine and I want to see it again, preferably with Richard who likes to watch all the credits with me. Tonight we had a 3rd grader along who needed to get home to bed.
