I saw WICKED; I thought the original novel was far superior, and I think there's a good miniseries in it. I hated the musical's happy ending and general avoidance of the novel's political points.

Hmm, I thought the show was far superior to the novel and just as much if not more political. It would be so boring if we all liked the same things, wouldn't it?

And DR CHAS SMITH it has been my theeder experience that anyone who sings some or all of Defying Gravity or Popular - should have chosen another audition song, or maybe even stick to straight plays.

I'm curious as to why is that? Because they can't do the song well, because you find they don't work so well for audition pieces, or both?

I am absolutely enthralled with the show having seen it twice in its world premiere engagement at the Curran Theater in San Francisco pre-Broadway.

Gasoline was 3.549 for Premium and 2.849 for regular.  Since I was in Dennis, I had to get some premium....and just above a half tank....it only cost $13.50.

Maybe I will take Petey over there tomorrow to top off his tank for this bargain price.

It is possible we have seen it, but certainly worth watching again.  It is more relevant this time around.  I think the stress and fear are much higher this time.
