THIRTY-THREE OPENING SENTENCES
« on: September 17, 2005, 12:11:07 AM »

Well, you've read the notes, you're ready to do your trivia guesses, and now it is time for you to post until the cows come home - I faxed them all thirty-three unused opening senteces.  They're perusing them now.

Wel...I have nothing to say about the word of the day! ::)

So, BK, 34 seems to be the magic number.  Congrats on finally getting your sentence.  The few times that I've tried to write anything (other than posting or chatting on-line ;)) have been Agony (an Into the Woods reference).  I can obsess over one sentence for literally an hour or more!  I could never be a "writer"...at least, not by choice.

I don't think I can really contribute to the Topic of the Day.  There aren't many specific bubblegum songs that I like...or know that they're "bubblegum."  Okay, I do like "Sugar, Sugar" and I guess I would consider "Wake Me Up Before You Go Go" by Wham! as bubblegum and I actually really like those songs.  Unfortunately with me, once I like a song, I ususally like it for forever. :D

As for driving songs, I don't care what I listen to, just as long as I like it...so if I like something, I don't care where I hear it! ;D

And with that, I must take my leave from HHW...and where I take it, I'll never tell. ;)

So, instead of "goodnight," I shall say:  until the next time!

"1-2-3 Red Light" is a good one.
Also "Simon Says."
"Rice is Nice."

I don't drive too much, but when I do, I put on one of my Mixes of Ultimate Variety and see what happens.

Perhaps I frightened Hisaka away :(

Why am I up at nigh 4am? Couldn't sleep. We put on TEAM AMERICA around 9pm and both of us fell asleep about 30 minutes in.

Eight posts is not much to ask. Only a short fence.

Hello from a weary Romanian traveler ::)

We are in Sibiu--a once beautiful city that, thankfully, is under massive restoration.  Problem is, we are in the center of it all: jackhammers, tractors, wire fences, and lots of dirt mounds.  The hotel we wanted to stay at was filled with NATO personnel here for somekind of meeting...probably to locate missles in some Romanian cow pasture!  Instead, we're staying in a communist-era hotel.  Oh joy :P

Off to see a Jewish synagogue--I need proof that they still exist in Romania.  Vlad's castle was a bit of a let-down but all the souvenir huts made it INTERESTING ;D

I lost as post somewhere. BK needs only enough posts for a short fence to enclose his plateau. If not his sheep will be out philandering.
