I do remember being an ice cream sandwich kinda guy as a young kid at the ice cream truck. Also liked (and still like) what I knew at one time as a "King Cone", not sure of its actual name or if it varied in different regions.

I think we often had popsicles in the freezer, which were okay (I probably liked them fine as a kid), and I did like fudgesicles (what in the hell IS the spelling, anyhoo?) but I'll bet I wouldn't now. The chocolate covered ice cream bars, whatever they were called then... yes! Always messy, but... yes!

Taco was very good. Burrito way too big and not all that good, so I ate half and called it a day. Perhaps the tummy is finally shrinking a bit.

I've been thinking about shrinking my own damn stomach lately, and just in the past couple of weeks I've done well at stopping the shoveling of foodstuffs into my pie hole and just "letting it settle". And you know what? In most cases, it "settles" just fine. Who knew?

I looked through the recipes to see which used melted butter. The chocolate peppermint snowflake cake was the only one. But by looking at them, I would have said the vanilla cupcakes.
