I'm ready to kill myself and damn well may. They finally sent the payment. I went to the site and it asks for an access code, which they e-mail you. Okay. Only it didn't work. I clicked resend. Nothing. A third time - nothing. And apparently that was IT - no more tries and now they say they'll send a check in seven to ten days. I cannot do this. I cannot have this. I cannot ask the car dealer to wait anymore. I've called and written everyone and no one's there. I have no idea if they can fix this or not. Merry effing Christmas.

I haven't heard anything.  I know the recovery from that surgery is hard.  I hope she has someone helping her.
