I was trying to post a picture last and then suddenly the internet was gone
I was up early because we got ourselves yet another dusting last night, just enough that if I didn't blow it off the driveway this morning it would be pressed down into a sheet of ice. So, out with the leaf blower first thing, and it did the trick. I hated making noise at seven in the a.m. but we can't function with 500 linear feet of slippery sh!t.

The Aldous Huxley version of Pride and Prejudice is the one with Green Garson and Laurence Olivier. It turns Austen's magnificent heartfelt prose into almost a bubble-headed screwball comedy.
And Plowright was married to Olivier, so it all comes full circle.
