We started watching ON CALL last night, a relatively new police drama from producer Dick Wolf.

It's an unusual police drama series in that it's in half-hour episodes, or really more like 24-25 minutes, so the pacing of the show feels different than the hour-long police dramas.  I'm liking it so far.

Maybe the impressive Millstone will be today, or certainly by this weekend!

Listening to a real horror story: The Quiet Damage: QAnon and the Destruction of the American Family. The author, Jesselyn Cook, has done her homework.

But then, oddly enough, though I could still feel them slightly, all fingers and thumbs felt pretty good during both sessions yesterday. Go figure. You never know how that's going to affect you. But the first bad one was healed enough, and the human-error one was a slight thing that the band-aid protected fine, and I just left it on because it was on a part of the finger that I could wrap it around and not have it interfere with playing.

Very good news!

I remember Kyle XY.  Fortunately for us we had stopped watching it before the abrupt ending.

We very much enjoyed the hit show Home Fires when it was cancelled at the end of the second season.  The creator, Simon Block, wrote a book to complete the story.  I didn't read the book.
