John G., do you own the cookbook “Modern Southwest Cuisine”?There are some wonderful recipes, and absolutely gorgeous photographs.The book and the recipes are by Chef John Sedlar, whose restaurant in L.A., Saint Estèphe, was one of my favorites.
I took many cooking classes with him, and learned how to make dishes that looked like paintings.I think you would really like it.It’s available on Amazon.
My health has taken a turn for the worse lately, so I’m not able to post very often.I do like to keep up with the notes and everyone’s posts, so I’m reading, even though you may not see me often.
My in laws, remember when they both went into the hospital a couple weeks back? They’re still there. Just as we thought the mom’s strength might be strong enough for release, she fell down today.
