THE MIGHTY MAHLER 10 AND A SMOOTHER RUN-THROUGH

Well, you've read the notes, the notes spoke of a piece of Mahler's and a smooth run-through, and now it is time for you to post until the smooth cows come home.

BK write in the Notes: "in fact, it became a fictional drama with not a thing based in actual fact except for what I was saying."

Sorry you're going through that, BK!

We kid here at times about whether gaslighting is going on, but I think that may be part of the very definition of someone trying to gaslight people - trying to get others believing their fake version is the factual version.

I slept very poorly between 1:30 and 5:15 - leg pains, anxiety, general discontent - so when the alarm rang at 5:15, I turned it off and went back to sleep, with the attitude I'll get up when I want to. Annabelle and Thatch stopped by to cuddle with me. I vaguely remember one dream in which I think I was a British policeman.

This teacart, a really generous gift from Ann and Jen, has turned out to be a real piece of shit: two weeks ago Sunday, while I was pushing it - loaded down with my dinner and the cat's dinners - a wheel fell off, creating a mess but not as bad as it might have been since I was able to hold the cart upright from my end.  After I cleaned up the mess, I was unable to screw the wheel back into its base for two reasons: it was a "special" screw requiring a non-standard screwdriver and, no matter what I did, to get the screw to feed into its base, nothing worked. So, I used Super Gorilla Glue in frustration.

Then, last Sunday, the damned wheel fell off again, along with a second wheel! At this point, I decided the manmufacturing was the issue. I used my Gorilla Glue again - I need a cart and I cannot afford to buy one until my damned IRS refund shows up, if ever - untill last night, while Annabelle was riding it. Both wheels fell off, resulting in kibble all over the floor so I had nother gluing job along with have to vacuum the floor. I cannot waitr to throw this piece of crap out.

Five years ago yestertday, March 13, 2020, was a Friday. On that day, I had a delightful lunch with Jack Vierte, and when we parted, I to home and he to the Encores! rehearsal of Love Life,, little did we suspect that within four hours New York and the world we knew would shut down because of a plague the GOP called a Democrat hoax and the president claimed would be over by summer.
