Too much sugar in juice, so I rarely drink it. Cherry juice does help me fall asleep. I do use lemon and lime juice a lot.

Well late last night I discovered I have about a hundred new channels on my Comcast guide.

Most of them are strange - old episodes of The Price Is Right 24/7 and a few other game channels.

Some old mystery/detective shows.....stuff like that.

I don't remember getting a notification about it, but maybe it will be in this month's billing.

I have one rehearsal tonight, then the big audition sessions Thursday night and through much of the weekend.

Tomorrow my ballet collaborators fly to Salt Lake City. On Thursday, they have a meeting with Ballet West to discuss a production of the ballet. Please send a few good vibes their way. My babies need the income.
