Last night FJL, embarked upon a frenzy of sorts, posted:
"I don't understand how Ron Pulliam manages to stretch things out when he's approaching a milestone without making a nuisance of himself."
First, I've never supposed I wasn't being a nuisance as I raced toward a milestone...but I do, on occasion, attempt to say something even if I'm spreading it out over 15 or 20 posts.

Second, if I wasn't being a nuisance, then I owe it all to the fact that I am not French.

Third, when I do it, I do it with the understanding that most folks won't be bothered about it at all, but I'm aware that some may be irritated by my doing it, but I take comfort in the fact that our illustrious host digs "numbers" (i.e. lots of posts each day).
Fourth, I very much appreciate the compliment. And I doubt very seriously anyone will have found your similar posts a nuisance.
(Yes, François, I DO read your posts...)
