Well, you've read the notes, you know what must be done this evening, and now it is time for you to post until the cows come home - they're putting on their white tie and tails and will be attending the show this evening.

Thanks on behalf of Beekay (Brad Mitchell) DR George.
I saw him this time last week.  He has little spare time - house renovations, being in charge of a nursing home and being involved in local theatre. He is rarely on the NET these days.  He is soon to go to hospital for a knee reconstruction.

Coincidentally - Brad and Derek had friends in common in country Victoria.

iPod:  Suzanne Vega--Solitude Standing--haven't listened to this one in a long while.  It still holds up.

Tivo:  PLAZA SUITE--one of my favorite Neil Simon movie adaptations.  Love the cast and the score.

DVD:  PLANET OF THE CAPOTES  CAPOTE.  I am looking forward to seeing Hoffman's performance.

VHS:  I'm trying to catch up in my conversion project of theatre related VHS recordings to DVD.  I have a tape of the PBS presentation of WOMEN AND WALLACE, which for the life of me, I cannot remember what it's about.  I should find out this weekend.

Good morning all!  I also had a hard time signing on yesterday so I started watching some of my DVDs while I still have some time to do so.  Just one more week off until I go back to work (thatís a four letter word in case you donít know it).

DR DakotaCelt, I have read some of the Dr. Who books.  My house is so  tiny that I regret to say that I donít have the storage space to keep such treasures.   I usually have to read a book then take them to the used book store to trade for others.

I would give anything to have a room like BK and DR Charles Pogue to keep my books and DVD collection.

The only collection that I have managed to hold onto is the Dark Shadows series by Marilyn (Dan) Ross.  I have all of his books and a few of the others.  I think the only one I am missing is the cookbook.

I did come across a box of Babylon 5 books that I must have bought off of E-bay but never read until now.  I just finished the ďLegions of FireĒ series.  Very good reading that fills in the gap of the time from when Londo becomes emperor thru to his death--when GíKar strangles him. Thatís not a spoiler because you knew that was the death that Londo saw for himself in the TV series.

Iím very sorry to hear that DR Jane doesnít feel good.  Many vibes to feel better soon!

And while we are in the vibe department, many more to our very own Mr. BK for broken legs!  Have a perfect show and remember to ENJOY yourself a bit.

DR Elmore, how are you?  I know the days after a fall like you had are much worse then the day it happened.

I liked watching ďThe Frisco KidĒ but I didnít remember it having so much swearing.  I guess since the only times I had seen it was on TV that must have been edited out.  I canít say it enhanced the story for me.

It turned a bit cooler down here in Florida as well.  Itís only in the 60ís.  Thatís not so cold for some of you, I know, but for us thatís quite a change.

The cardinals down here in Florida are yard birds.  In fact, I saw one streak across the sky just the other evening while I was feeding Bear.  Such a lovely sight to see.   :)

There used to be a female who came every year.  I knew it was her because she loved to look at the bird in the mirror on my van.  I donít know what happened to her but it is still early Spring so she might be on her way here.

When I get my new camera, I shall try to take a picture of some of the birds.

BTW, the new camera with anti shake should be coming out very soon.  I am so glad that I was able find out about it and take the other camera back in time to get a refund.

Good morning!

It's gray and cool here. It had rained before I got up, and the gray clouds have not gone away so it's hard to put on a happy face (ode to Strouse).

I've been very disheartened by Amazon's slow delivery these past two weeks. I had a large order this week, and I suppose something I ordered is slowing down shipment, but it's irritating.

I'm thinking it may be the newest Shirley Temple collection which had no picture at Amazon, and I'm wondering if Fox delivered it on time.

Very irritating when one has things in that order he especially wants to see.

Oh (a DR Jose reference), the lunch at Olive Garden was wonderful.  Both my friend and I had the endless soup and salad.

My friend made the comment that she wished she had the receipe for the Pasta e Fagioli soup that we both had so when I got home I did a web search.  I found a site called Top Secret Recipes and they had it!

Since I can rarely get Mom to go out to eat I printed it out and made it for dinner last night.  I have to say that it was very, very, very good.  I couldn't tell the difference between the clone and what I had at Olive Garden.
