Angelina is going to be a [size=20]big[/size] dog when she grows up. And she's got the feet to prove it!

But she's so soft, and a total cuddle last night in bed. The rest of the pack isn't totally sure of what to make of her yet, but they're quick learners.

Time to get some errands done. We're taking her with us. We might even find some nice toys for her at PetSmart.

DR MATTH - I have almost given up on the TCM Message Boards. Besides the few INTELLIGENT comments that get made....most of it has been taken over by idiots.

One post declared that Peter Sellars based his accent in DR STRANGELOVE on Henry Kissinger....I can't think that is true...since Kissinger came to prominence later in the decade....

Or am I wrong?

I have been asleep a the switch, obviously. Today at the Meier Store I saw Season One of POLICE WOMAN on the shelf. It was 39.99, so I am going to shop around (my momma told me) - but I didn't even know Pepper Anderson was on DVD!!!

Last night I watched another Akira Kurosawa movie. This one titled THE IDIOT starring Toshiro Mifune, among others.

Strange, long movie....beautifully filmed and quite entertaining. Mifune played a secondary (and oddly sexy) role in the movie...the lead actor, who played the idiot, was wonderful! I don't know if he won any awards for this film, but he should have.

I saw about 25 seconds of it...and I couldn't believe I wasted that much time on it.

Didn't watch it nor did I think of Tivo'ing it. It just didn't look like it had the pomposity or the extravagance or the fun of the Charleston Heston version.
