Of all mornings for the site to be down, I woke up very early coughing and gagging.  Finally I decided I needed to get out of the bedroom so Keith might get some sleep.  I brewed some nice hot tea and sat down to the computer.

It is 9:05 & I can’t post the above-So who are all these people here this morning that we have “too many connections”  ::)

Why is tonight different from any other night?

I watched Part Two of the new Ten Commandments and I liked the way Doo-Gray played Moses....sorry that I missed the 10 plagues....well not sorry I missed the 10 plagues....but you know what I mean....

JRand Echo was supposed to have been, at least, that big.  I think that is a nice size.

How is she adjusting?  Do you have someplace where she can run?

Jane, the movie DRAGONHEART may have done better if people hadn't confused it with BRAVEHEART too.  But I suspect it would have done better if we had just had had a director who had an ounce of poetry in his soul and actually knew how to direct.

The host must have had some major problem because we are not supposed to ever be down because of overload, given that I am now paying double what I was for tons more space.

I guess I'll have to drop them a line.

Don't know where the "guest star" thing came from, other than making it seem like someone is doing something special.  And I think that that participation thing is an exact translation if I remember the Eyetalian correctly.

I don't think I've read many novelizations of movies - Dragonheart I enjoyed, but I cannot remember another.  Weird.

CP that startled me, never found them confusing.  The key word Dragon made it easy, especially with Sean Connery as the dragon (I liked him).

It must be Mercury squaring to Pluto and the full moon moving into Libra.

DRJRand55, I thought you said the full moon was in the library.

I was unable to log on this morning, then I had to step out.  when I returned, the entire internet was down so I had to call Time  warner and report all this nonsense.  Everything seems to be fine now, but I think it's sunspots causing it.

On a good note, I just spoke to my Father, who is doing much better today, and his fever is gone.  One of my brothers stayed all night with him in hospital and said that it was a very restless night.  I'll be glad when he's released.

I'll try to post DR Maria's photo of the brunch again.  Let's see if it takes.

Re: last night's IDOL.

I actually liked Paris, although she looked so different and grown-up.  But I thought she did well and kept me entertained.

My favorite was Kellie. I was really quite impressed.  And that spotlight on her was downright chilling.

I also really liked elliot.

I don't care for bucky.  ANd i don't like the fact that he made Queen night country.  I would rather see people sing the style of the night (like what kellie did).

I also liked katharine.

I think bucky and ace have to be in the bottom.

Tonight is AMAZING RACE at 8pm! Yeah.  But i think i will tape it since i go see little niece megan. ANd she was quite distracting last week.

Also, apparently this summer's BIG BROTHER will be an all-star show with 20 former members. And the viewers get to vote 12 or so into the house.

Heard from our host - they had a "flood against their server" which means they got majorly spammed by someone overseas - someone who has nothing better to do than flood servers and cause problems.  I think you know what my wish is for those people.

Also, I believe the photo problem has been fixed - when they switched us over to the bigger, better server they forgot to flip a switch or something.  Someone try to post a photo and let's see if it works.

Wednesday greetings!  I tried and tried to log on here before leaving for work at 10am EDT.  Glad to see that things seem to be working again.  Here's a "test" post of a photo:

I think I'm going to attempt a jog right now, as I won't have time later.  Then I think I'm going to attempt to smooth out yesterday's writing and perhaps write another page or three, perhaps even try to finish scene one of the first act.  At some point this afternoon, Vinnie is coming over to install some software and set up a program that will enable me to save my entire hard drive onto a mini-drive I just bought.

But, Jane, you referred to it as Braveheart in an earlier post...my post was making a joke about it.

Bruce, when I spoke about Drowsy Chaperone last week and you asked about the ballet I think I was confused and mentioned the Toledo Suprise production number. I think you were talking about the Monkey Ballet at the beginning of the second act. Yes, that number is still in the show and yes, it's the weakest thing in the show. It should either be cut completely or trimmed drastically. I do find the opening part funny but it goes on far too long even with the monkey costumes.

I saw the show again last night so it came to me as I was watching Monkey, Monkey, Monkey that I misspoke last week.

Apparently they are still working on Drowsy. I saw the show with a friend and he took the 104 Bus home. He got on at 42nd Street and 8th Avenue and when the bus got to 46th Street and 8th Avenue who should board but Miss Georgia Engel who plays Mrs. Tottendale. My friend, who will talk to anyone, approached her and told her how much we enjoyed the show and her. My friend also knows Edward Hibbert who plays Underling the Butler of Mrs. Tottendale. They spoke about the show and Engel talked about how they are rehearsing full days and doing the show each night. The show opens May 1st and they will be rehearsing for most of the time up until opening. The show last night was noticeably tighter and funnier so the extra work is paying off. Now if they just cut some of those Monkeyshines.

The most suprising thing, according to David, is that a Broadway performer takes the BUS to go home!
