Hopefully, it all went well.  When they did that throughout my condo complex a few years ago in preparation for repainting all the buildings, there were some areas where the siding was so weak that they had to replace it because the pressure washing actually damaged it.

The condo board actually knew that that might happen, so they were kind of prepared for it.

I'd like to pressure wash all these singers who are so busy they don't want to perform.

They do half the complex every year, so we get it done every other year.

I don't know how often it's done here, but I just remember that there was some damage from the pressure washing before they painted.
