We were assigned dishes by our last name. My initial landed in starches. I don't eat or cook starches, so this will be fun to see how it turns out.

I don't like when it is done that way.  I have also never seen a separate grouping of starches.

The director thought it was very good.

If I recall correctly this is not the first time you and your director have had a difference of opinion.  In the end the director is proven correct ;)

Jane, I could have meant I-205.  I meant the one that takes you out by the airport.

That will be the 205

And I fall over at about ten o'clock.

That would not surprise me.

Vibes your day goes well!

Well, I am hoping that Thursday's performance will be an improvement over both of our opinions.

And Jane may be reading or, perhaps, watching a movie!

Watching tv.  I will begin reading once I catch up.

The library has done something strange. They have changed their rules. You used to be able to check out a DVD for a week. Now you can get it for three weeks.

The library where I work has a three-week loan period for TV series and most non-fiction films.  Otherwise feature films can be checked out for one week.

Well, I must be going.  Tonight, Theater Artists Olympia is having a movie night!  I don't know specifically what's playing, but it'll be a horror movie!

Be back later.

We watched John Carpenter's "The Thing."  It was actually very good.  No CGI anywhere and it didn't need it.  I hadn't seen it before and I was sitting next to my friend Kevin who also hadn't seen it.

There were two moments in the film where we both literally jumped out of our seats!  I don't think I've ever jumped like that during a movie before. ;D

I hope it was closer to the director's view.

I don't doubt for a moment that it was!
