When we moved to New Jersey we were surprised how difficult the test one.  I wanted a pass on all the questions regarding the legal percentages of alcohol.   Really, couldn't I simply state I never drink and drive 😉

Massachusetts was more difficult and we took the test in a room with a group of people and a guard-lol   I did well and didnt miss a single question.

We had a nice patrol.  We ran into the pretty cat owner on the 2nd floor, who praised and petted Annabelle while Annabelle preened and behaved most prettily.

Actually, the 2nd floor has two apartments with cats: the young lady above and a young married couple who are quite nice.  The third floor cats are mine and my neighbors Judy and Mark.  I think there may be a cat on the fourth or fifth floor as well.

The reading went very well and the Q & A was informative and plan to use some of the suggestions. I have very little free time as I am now back at work full time which is very difficult because I don't have long term disability and continue to work on the play which the changes from the reading. They are going out to directors in LA (A Tony winner), NY and Tampa and also to another theater for another workshop in November.

Passing the DMV test vibes for MR BK.  Take a nice picture.

Last August I renewed my license....it can be done once online....then the next time, you have to go in.  I also took all the documents to get the GOLD STAR ID license.

I don't think we have a written test for age 70 and over....I'll find out next time.

DR CHAS SMITH what is the language like in DISASTER THE MUSICAL?

Whenever colorful language is employed, it is most definitely NOT of, say, the South Park or Family Guy variety. For instance, when one character lets some Tourette-style outbursts fly, they're of an almost stilted nature...which is humorous in and of itself. I don't think there are any of the common "heavy duty words of today" employed. I'm not looking at a script and I can't claim to have caught every line clearly, but these are my impressions.

I've gone over the five or six new sample tests on the DMV site.  Now I'll shave and shower and relax until it's time for me to be on my way.

No one liked the lyric?  Maybe I'll put it back in the box from whence it came.

I wonder if a GOLD STAR ID license is like our Washington enhanced licence which proves we are legal residents of the USA.

It's a great lyric!  I love how the first three lines rhyme with the next three lines, and the internal rhymes at the ends of the verses.  Hopefully, we get to hear the music!

Well, there won't be a check today.  I have an employer who's very good about payment but completely worthless about checking emails.  I texted her today to see if she received it, and was told to send the invoice again.  There won't be a check before next Wednesday or Thursday.

I got the second Shingrix shot yesterday. The pharmacist told me that the side effects are worse with the second shot. So far, it's better than the first one. I did take a nap, which I never do.

Last night the cats and I watched a bootleg of the 1988 BBC production of Joe Orton's fabulous comedy What The Butler Saw.  I guess tonight we will go back to Hercule Poirot.

I saw my therapist for a rather painful session, but it was necessary. Then across the street to my favorite food store. They had one almond croissant left. Yay! I bought some healthy food, along with the not-so-healthy stuff.

I came home to a horrible smell. The apartment next door to me is being renovated. The painters had told me that you can only buy no-VOC (nontoxic) paint in California these days. Whatever this was, it was NOT nontoxic. The smell pervades my apartment, too. It's really smelly. The management here is so irresponsible. I'd like to see a little karma at work.
